On the afternoon of June 17, 2022, at Dalat University Central Library Hall, Dalat University Centre for Information Technology and the Faculty of Information Technology collaborated with the Cisco Networking Academy and the Amazon Web Services Academy (AWS) to organise the launching ceremony of the 2022 Software Innovation Contest of the Faculty of Information Technology and to introduce the courses of Dalat University Centre for Information Technology.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

<\/strong><\/em>Attending the event, there were Mr. Nguyen Trong Dat – Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Dalat University, leaders, lecturers, and students of the Faculty of Information Technology and Dalat University Centre for Information Technology. On the side of Cisco Networking Academy Vietnam, there were Ms. Marcella O’Shea – the Asia Pacific and Japan Regional Director of Cisco Networking Academy, and Ms. Valerie Leong – Southeast Asia Regional Programme Director of AWS Academy attending the meeting online.<\/p>\n

At the event, the educational programmes of Cisco Networking Academy, AWS Academy, as well as other short-term educational programmes of Dalat University Centre for Information Technology were introduced. These are courses based on new technology, training the necessary skills to meet the diverse requirements for human resources of IT businesses. At the same time, the 2022 Software Innovation contest of the Faculty of Information Technology was launched to find talented students, and foster and maximise creativity and passion for programming. The organisers also awarded prizes to groups of students who achieved good results in the 2021 Software Innovation contest.<\/p>\n
